I think the hand movements are great.
My suggestion though is that you watch your language – swearing can limit your prospects of being hired at some companies.
I like that you give the perspective of a youngster in the market, talking about what it’s like being hyper-connected. It gives what you say credibility and context.

professional, although the clip was rather limiting to what u might have said across the 40min talk i think that you should explore the fact that u mentioned in the last 30sec or so bout children being the money wielders in the household cause lets face it the parents always want the child’s opinion and if the kid likes it the parents generally in favor of purchasing that item… btw laptops in lectures yeah not common but when they are there people aren’t doing varsity work.
overall nice work i want to attend one or these talks one day even if to sit in the back and watch a movie on my cell phone

The arm movements are great it makes it less boring, you came across very well.
