Roughly a week ago Christof Appel sent me a message on Facebook. He said it was about time us youngsters meet up. We met up at News Cafe in Rivonia.
Christof is a very warm and inviting person. We spoke about how our age affects business and how to foster relationships with people. We got along very well, we share a lot of similar ideas and values. We’re young, confident and both do business. We also had a brief conversation on Facebook for business.
Some things I learnt from Christof today:
1. Write down a list of 20 companies you would like to work with.
2. Fostering relationships with people can lead more business.
3. The small man can challenge big companies and win.
Meeting with Christof has inspired me to start a little something I like to call Wednesday Coffee. Every Wednesday I would like to meet with someone new and foster a new relationship and expand my network. So I would like to encourage you to contact me (or on Facebook) so we can meet up. I would like to meet one or two people every Wednesday between 11h00 and 13h00. Let’s start a conversation.

I came across your website and I must say that you are truly inspirational, in actual fact, so inspirational that I viewed your Younique site as well. It is very impressive and interesting!! I searched for you on FB and there are over 300 Tyler Reeds so don’t know which profile is yours. Will you please keep me posted on when and where you will appear for public speaking? I am sure I will learn alot from amazing talents like you!!
