HTC Touch – The Launch

I was invited to the HTC Touch launch which happened yesterday afternoon at Monte Casino. The Monte Win Bar and Restaurant was a superb venue and the atmosphere was great. The people over at Tribeca PR did a wonderful job of putting the event together.

Leaf had 20 phones on display and for demo after the launch presentation. The HTC Touch is being compared to the iPhone as it operated by touch only. It has no keys other than a 5 way navigation control.

Quinton Leigh, MD of Leaf, told me that the device will be aimed the youth market and can be expected to be in stores in mid July. You can download the specifications of the HTC Touch over here.
