About Me
I’m Tyler Reed a 22 year-old entrepreneur and professional speaker. I am currently the Founder and CEO of Aduity, the second business I have established since leaving high school.
I spend most of my time working with the team at Aduity on building our mobile advertising platform and other products and services. I am passionate about the mobile media industry and building a global business which is founded in South Africa.
In July 2007, I founded Younique, a social and mobile media consultancy and development house based in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa. Younique’s business was to assist companies in understanding and applying the latest social and mobile media trends and technologies to their business and marketing campaigns. In December 2008, I made the decision to shut down Younique and hand the clients over to partnering and competing companies in order to pursue the opportunity that TinyImpact presented (now Aduity).
I have spoken at numerous conferences about advertising, engaging the youth, social media and mobile marketing. I have also appeared in several print, radio and television interviews as well as writing the odd column for several recognized online publications. These activities are the really fun things that I get to do as a result of my involvement in various industries.
